These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YELLOW.bot — the website at yellow.bot, the REST API, the MCP server, and the iOS and Android apps (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by the entity listed in our Imprint ("we", "us", "our").
YELLOW.bot is a structured registry of businesses, suppliers, and restaurants, compiled from public sources and voluntary submissions. It provides:

If you operate an AI agent or automated client, you additionally agree to:
User-Agent headerrobots.txt and published policies in /.well-known/llms.txtWe monitor API traffic for abuse. We reserve the right to revoke API keys immediately for violations, and we seed the registry with honeypot listings to detect unauthorized bulk extraction.
If you submit content — a business listing, a menu photo, feedback, or a correction — you represent that you have the right to share it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the submitted content within the Service. You retain ownership; we do not claim any rights beyond what is necessary to run the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is incorrect, harmful, or violates these Terms.
The YELLOW.bot name, logo, interface, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Listing data is provided for use within the Service — no ownership transfer is implied.
We work hard to keep the registry accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any given listing is current, complete, or correct. Data is compiled from many sources, some of which change frequently. Always verify business information before making a transaction or commitment. Report errors to [email protected].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event, or (b) 100 EUR.
Statutory liability for death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer-protection rights is not affected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason we consider necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will do so.
We may modify the Service at any time, including adding, changing, or removing features. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify registered API users by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is domiciled (see Imprint). Exclusive venue is the competent court at our registered seat, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws.
